Trust & safety
Responsible AI.
We build AI to remove busywork, not to replace judgement. Here is how we keep the systems we build safe, clear, and under your control.
These principles guide every automation and AI feature we deliver.
Our principles
People stay in charge.
Humans make the decisions
Software handles repetitive, predictable work. People keep authority over anything sensitive, unusual, or important — and the system hands off to a person when it is unsure.
Clear, not magic
We explain in plain language what a system does, what data it uses, and where it can go wrong. No hidden behaviour, no false promises about what AI can do.
Your data, handled carefully
We use only the data a task needs, keep it secure, and never sell it. We are transparent about any third-party AI providers involved.
Keeping people in the loop
Good automation knows its limits. The systems we build pause and ask a person whenever a situation is unclear, sensitive, or outside what they were designed for — with enough context for that person to act quickly.
Accuracy and oversight
AI can be wrong. We design for review: drafts a person approves, summaries that link back to the source, and clear logs so your team can see what happened and correct it. We start with low-risk tasks and expand only once a system has earned trust.
Data and privacy
We collect and use only what a task requires, protect it appropriately, and are clear about where it goes — including any third-party AI providers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Honesty about limits
We will tell you when AI is not the right tool, or when a simpler solution would serve you better. Our goal is a result you can rely on, not technology for its own sake.
